At the Association Patrons' Club and Members' lunch today the principal guests were Rt. Hon The Lord Hart of Tenby PC and Lady Hart. Lord Hart was previously Chief Whip in the last Conservative government talked about his time in the Whip's Office and also the path back to Government.
