Our speaker is Elliott Wagner Hale, a 17-year-old history enthusiast and Young Curator with the Swanskin Seafarer Project. Elliott has researched the remarkable story of the men and women who emigrated from Sturminster Newton to Newfoundland between the 17th and 19th centuries, uncovering the area's historic links with the North Atlantic fish trade.
