ABOUT ANGUS CAMPBELL
Angus lives and farms within the Hambledon Division at Preston Hill, Iwerne Minster, overlooking Hambledon Hill, and he is married to Carola and father of two daughters.
Raised in Shroton, he attended the village school and have been connected with the area all his life.
As a young man he worked in New Zealand for two years returning to attended Sandhurst and become an Army Officer and Helicopter Pilot. He served in Ireland, Cyprus, Canada, Germany and the UK, and returned to the Farm in 1979.
He has been involved locally for many years and has served as a Parish, District and County Councillor. Presently he serves on North Dorset District Council and, as Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Education, on Dorset County Council. He is also a member of the Governing Body of Yewstock Special School.
